A two-writer firm,
on purpose.
Cogito Scholars is two writers and a founder. We work weekends. We take a small number of briefs each week — and we finish every one of them ourselves.
Cogito Scholars is a boutique academic-writing consultancy founded in 2026 by a Pakistan-based team of three: a founder and two content writers. We do not run a content pool. We do not accept STEM briefs. We do not use generative AI in the writing process. Every chapter, SOP, and CV is drafted by a person who can tell you, in plain language, why every paragraph is there.
Our methodology is editorial rather than industrial. We work Saturday and Sunday, which means new briefs are scoped within one or two business days — never four hours, never overnight. Each brief begins with a short discovery exchange. We then draft the work in dialogue with the client across two scheduled rounds of revision, and deliver a Source Pack containing the highlighted PDF of every cited work.
Because the team is small, we accept a limited number of briefs each week — by design. We'd rather decline a brief than rush one. The institutions our clients attend will hold them accountable for the words on their submitted pages, and we want those words to be defensible in a viva, an interview, or an admissions panel.
