Scope of services
Cogito Scholars provides reference materials and academic support. Deliverables are intended as model answers to inform the client's independent academic work. They are not to be submitted verbatim where the institution's policies prohibit it.
Payment
No payment is taken on submission of a brief. Once a specialist has confirmed scope, a deposit of 30% secures the specialist's calendar. The balance is due on delivery of the first draft.
Revisions
Two rounds of editorial revision are included in the quoted price, provided revision requests fall within the original brief's scope. Substantive scope changes are quoted separately.
Refunds
If the delivered draft fails the Turnitin AI audit or is materially non-responsive to the brief, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are processed within five business days of notification.
Intellectual property
On full payment, all rights in the deliverable transfer to the client. Cogito Scholars retains the right to anonymised excerpts for portfolio purposes only with explicit written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, save where a consumer's local law mandates otherwise.
